Responsibilities

:

• Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of AT&T; products and services to confidently communicate value to customers
• Create personalized customer experiences by answering questions, addressing concerns, and recommending tailored solutions
• Drive sales by aligning customers with plans and services that match their needs and usage
• Follow company policies, client guidelines, and compliance standards at all times
• Support and collaborate with fellow Retail Sales Assistants by sharing insights, best practices, and product knowledge
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary

Qualifications

:

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, retail, or hospitality preferred
• Previous Retail Sales Assistant experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to grow and succeed
