Full description of the position

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative with a background in the building products industry. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in cultivating and sustaining relationships within the within the construction community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients in need of commercial roofing products.
• Conduct assessments of client roofing needs and provide tailored proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and property managers.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Effectively communicate to our customers the advantages of our products and the additional value provided by our services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and relationship-building strategies. Job

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial roofing sales, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving history. Job Type: Full-time
