We are seeking motivated and career-driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Retail Sales Management Trainees. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, career changers, or individuals looking to build experience in sales, customer service, leadership, and retail management. No previous management experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on learning to help you develop the skills needed for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Management Trainee, you will:

• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
• Represent client brands at assigned retail locations
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized service
• Educate customers about available products, services, and promotional offers
• Assist customers in selecting products and solutions that meet their needs
• Support daily retail operations and maintain an organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer service objectives
• Develop leadership skills through training, coaching, and mentorship
• Assist with onboarding and supporting new team members as you gain experience
• Process customer transactions and follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
