About Us

Club Pilates is the largest Pilates franchise in the world, helping people build strength, mobility, confidence, and community through reformer-based Pilates. We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly organized Sales Associate to help prospective members find the right membership and deliver an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This position may work in either our Charlottesville or Crozet studio.

Compensation

• Hourly pay: $15/hr

What You'll Do

• Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Respond to leads via phone, text, email, and CRM
• Conduct studio tours and Intro classes
• Convert prospects into memberships
• Follow up with prospective members
• Assist with member account management
• Support studio events and community outreach
• Maintain studio appearance and organization
• Work closely with instructors and management to create an exceptional member experience What We're Looking For Required
• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable making phone calls and following up with leads
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for evenings and/or weekends
• Positive, team-oriented attitude Preferred
• Sales experience
• Fitness, wellness, hospitality, or boutique retail experience
• Experience using CRM software
