Premier Vision Laboratory has been making prescription lenses for independent eye doctors across Utah for nearly two decades. We're a full-service wholesale lab VSP-authorized, same-day courier on the Wasatch Front, and priced 2040% below the national labs most practices are currently using. We're growing. And for the first time in our history, we're hiring a dedicated sales rep. What You're Walking Into No rep has ever held this role at PVL. That means no inherited territory. No hand-me-down playbook. What You'll Do

• Prospect and open new optometry practice accounts across Utah and the Mountain West
• Manage and grow relationships with existing doctor accounts
• Represent PVL at industry events and UOA meetings
• Work directly with lab staff and customer support to make sure accounts have a great experience
• Help build the sales process, tools, and territory strategy as you go The Ideal Candidate
• Optician or optical sales background you'll know the products and the people from day one
• Based in Utah, with reliable transportation
• Self-directed and consistent with follow-through
• Energized by building something, not just maintaining it

Requirements

• Based in Utah with reliable transportation for in-territory visits
• Comfortable with CRM tools, email, and standard office software
• Experience in optical, healthcare, or calling on small medical practices is a plus not a requirement

Compensation

• Base salary: $45,000$100,000 depending on experience
• Commission structure on new and retained account revenue
• Mileage reimbursement for in-territory travel
