LEH. Homes New Home Sales Consultant We are seeking a motivated and dynamic New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the sales process, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to closing. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of the real estate market, along with a commitment to upholding Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences in new home purchases.
• Conduct property tours and showcase features of homes to potential clients.
• Provide detailed information about available properties, including pricing, features, and community amenities.
• Negotiate sales agreements and assist clients through the closing process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using administrative tools.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new developments and open houses.
• Stay informed about market trends, property management practices, and Fair Housing regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with past clients to encourage referrals

Requirements
