Nurse Recruiter & Community Sales Representative VeeShift is hiring an outgoing, results-driven recruiter to grow our local network of nurses. This is a sales-focused role that combines nurse recruiting, community outreach, social media, and local events. You will connect with nurses through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, referrals, direct outreach, and in-person events.

Responsibilities

• Recruit nurses to join VeeShift
• Follow up with leads and help candidates complete onboarding
• Create and appear in social media content
• Build brand awareness in the local nursing community
• Organize and attend recruiting events
• Develop creative outreach and referral strategies
• Meet weekly and monthly recruiting goals

Requirements

• Comfortable speaking on camera and using social media
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching people
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership of results
