We are a growing promotional consulting firm seeking driven, team-oriented individuals who enjoy working with people and building lasting client relationships. Our company specializes in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement for our clients. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will play a key role in sales, client acquisition, and customer engagement while developing the leadership skills needed to grow into a team lead and management role. You will work closely with senior account managers and sales professionals, gaining hands-on experience in both field sales and team development. This is an on-site position. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.

Responsibilities

of the Entry Level Account Manager:

• Drive sales and customer acquisition by executing promotional marketing campaigns in the field
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement customized outreach strategies
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Provide feedback to help optimize customer enrollment and sales performance
• Take on increasing team lead responsibilities as you progress in our company

Requirements
