MOVING SALES CONSULTANT 2 College Brothers Moving & Storage Schertz, TX

About the Role

2 College Brothers Moving & Storage is looking for a hungry, coachable, commission-driven sales professional to become the face of our sales process handling phone quotes, on-site estimates, and virtual consultations for local families and businesses. This is a commission-only role with no cap on earning potential: the harder and smarter you work, the more you make. Top performers who prove themselves will grow into an increased commission structure and take on a leadership role within the company as we scale.

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads by phone, text, and email
• Provide accurate quotes for moves of all sizes from small apartments to full households
• Conduct in-home and on-site estimates throughout the greater Schertz / San Antonio area
• Run virtual sales consultations over Zoom when in-person visits aren't practical
• Follow up consistently on quotes to close bookings and hit monthly sales goals
• Represent the company at local networking events, including BNI and Chamber of Commerce meetings, to build referral relationships
• Maintain accurate customer and job records in our company software (SmartMoving)
• Uphold a professional, trustworthy image representing the company brand in the field

Compensation

& Structure

• Commission-only structure no cap on income
• Commission percentage increases as your close rate and performance improve
• Company-provided iPad for on-site quoting and virtual consultations
• Company reimbursement toward your cell phone plan
• Company-provided uniforms
• Company-provided training no moving industry sales experience required, but preferred What We're Looking For
• Sales background and/or moving/relocation industry experience preferred
• Coachable willing to learn and follow our proven sales process
• Professional demeanor with strong phone and in-person communication skills
• Comfortable with commission-based pay and motivated by performance-based earning
• Natural leader who is dependable, accountable, and takes ownership of results
• Interested in long-term growth within the company, not just a short-term gig
• Comfortable using a smartphone, iPad, and Zoom for virtual meetings
• Willing to download and use required company apps on a personal cell phone (mandatory)
• Reliable personal vehicle required company will provide magnetic door signs to display while working
