PLEASE NOTE - this is a full time role for a Tucson local, this is not one our student part time jobs. The Vibe Collette Clothing isn't your typical retail store. Located in the heart of campus, we're the go-to boutique for students looking for curated fashion, trend-forward styling, and a fun shopping experience. We're a small, fast- moving team where personality matters, energy matters, and customer connection matters most. The Role We're looking for a full-time Sales Lead who genuinely loves fashion, styling, and selling. This is not a sit-in-the-back-office management role you'll be on the floor creating relationships with customers, building head-to-toe looks, driving sales, and helping set the tone for the entire store. The right person is confident, extremely OUTGOING, fashion-obsessed, and thrives in a high-energy environment. You know how to turn a browser into a loyal customer and make people feel amazing when they walk out the door.

What You'll Do

• Create an elevated, fun, and highly personalized shopping experience
• Style customers and help build complete looks
• Drive sales through strong customer connection and product knowledge
• Help lead and motivate part-time stylists on the floor
• Keep the store visually fresh and trend-forward
• Assist with day-to-day store operations including inventory, merchandising, and opening/closing tasks
• Collaborate with the owner and social media team on content ideas and brand presence

What You Bring

• Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion
• Strong sales ability and confidence interacting with customers
• A natural eye for styling and current trends
• High energy, strong communication skills, and a team-first attitude
