Overview

Solar Pros AZ is actively hiring motivated and energetic Appointment Setters to join our growing solar sales team. This position is ideal for individuals who are competitive, outgoing, coachable, and motivated by income growth. No solar experience is required we provide training, mentorship, and a system designed to help you succeed. As an Appointment Setter, your role is to speak with homeowners, generate interest in solar, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales consultants. Responsibilities

• Generate homeowner interest through door-to-door outreach and lead generation
• Set qualified solar consultations for sales representatives
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in the field
• Track appointments and follow-up activity
