Roofing Sales Associate Mountain Star Roofing Systems El Paso, TX In-Person | Full-Time

Compensation

:

• Base Salary: Starting at $27,000/year
• + Uncapped Commissions
• Starting pay may be increased based on experience

About the Role

: Mountain Star Roofing Systems is seeking a motivated and personable Roofing Sales Associate to join our team. This is a client-facing role focused on helping homeowners understand their roofing needs and guiding them through repair or replacement solutions. Roofing experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates with strong sales backgrounds who are confident, communicative, and driven to close deals.

Responsibilities

:

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs
• Present roofing solutions, products, and services clearly and confidently
• Generate and manage leads (door-to-door, referrals, inbound inquiries, etc.)
• Build trust with clients and guide them through the sales process
• Prepare estimates and proposals
• Follow up with prospects and close sales
• Maintain strong communication with the operations team

Qualifications

:

• Previous sales experience required (roofing preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in explaining products and services
• Ability to build rapport and earn client trust
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
