Duties

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues on-site, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and schematics to identify solutions efficiently.
• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools.
• Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute remodeling or construction plumbing projects.
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites or customer locations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete remodeling projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair or installation processes clearly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction plumbing, including working on construction sites or remodeling projects.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and assembly methods.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, material estimates, and system specifications.
• Valid driver's license
• Mechanical aptitude combined with excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately.
• Ability to work safely in various environments while adhering to safety protocols related to construction plumbing and site operations.
