We are hiring an Entry Level Sales Manager Trainee to support our customer relations team. In this role, you will help represent our latest products and services. This is a customer-facing position within a retail environment where you will assist walk-in customers, present product options, and complete sales transactions. • Greet and assist customers inside the retail store
• Initiate conversations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Present and explain new products and service options
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly sales floor
• Track daily sales activity and customer interactions using company systems
• Participate in team meetings, product training, and performance reviews
• Stay informed on current promotions, product updates, and competitor offerings What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Interest in growth into leadership or management roles
• Bilingual candidates are a plus

Compensation

& Growth

• Guaranteed pay with a commission structure with performance-based earnings (average $57,000-$78,000 per year, paid out weekly)
• Paid as a W-2 employee
