Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Compensation

: Commission Only Work Setting: In Office and In the Field Synergy Power is looking for one experienced solar closer to take ownership of our rehash lead pipeline. Our rehash database is a goldmine of homeowners who have already expressed interest in solar, previously scheduled an appointment, received a proposal, or started the sales process. These are not cold leads. We need a disciplined closer who knows how to follow up, rebuild interest, book appointments, and close deals over the phone or in the home. We offer competitive commission opportunities and low redlines for experienced closers. The right person will have access to a large existing pipeline with significant earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with previous solar appointments and opportunities
• Reengage homeowners who did not initially move forward
• Schedule in home or virtual appointments
• Close qualified homeowners over the phone or in person
• Maintain consistent follow up and detailed CRM notes
• Manage the rehash pipeline from initial contact through signed agreement
• Coordinate with management and operations to move closed accounts forward

Qualifications

• Previous residential solar sales or closing experience required
• Strong phone communication and follow up skills
• Comfortable closing both over the phone and in the home
• Able to work independently and manage a large pipeline
• Persistent, organized, and confident asking for the sale
• Available to work from our Phoenix office and travel locally for appointments

Compensation

This is a commission only position with low redlines available for proven solar closers. There is no cap on commissions, and the earning opportunity is significant for someone who consistently works the pipeline. We are only hiring one person for this role. We are looking for someone who understands the value of rehash leads and is ready to take full ownership of the opportunity.
