Requirements

Active Connecticut Property & Casualty insurance license. Proven track record of success in insurance sales and agency leadership. Deep understanding of the local market in and around Enfield, Connecticut. Strong background in building and mentoring high-performing sales teams. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets. Experience in business development and networking within a community setting.

Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day operations of The Atlantic District office to ensure we maintain our high standards of client service. Recruit, train, and support a talented team of insurance professionals, helping them grow in their careers. Develop and execute strategic sales plans that expand our footprint throughout the region. Cultivate meaningful relationships with local business leaders and community members to drive growth. Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify new opportunities for improvement and success. Foster an office culture that values collaboration, honesty, and genuine care for our policyholders.
