Overview

: Arrow Pest Control is seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to join our Indianapolis branch. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager and plays a key role in growing our business by developing new residential and commercial accounts, following up with existing customers, and supporting retention efforts. Key Responsibilities

:

• Prospect and close new residential and commercial pest control accounts.
• Conduct inspections and prepare customized pest management proposals.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals.
• Perform retention calls and visits to maintain ongoing relationships.
• Coordinate with office staff and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report weekly activity to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Represent Arrow professionally at all times with honesty and integrity.

Requirements

:

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (pest control or home services a plus).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint) to manage daily tasks and collaboration.
