Full description of the position

Spring Solar is seeking motivated Solar Sales Setters to join our growing team! This is a door-to-door position where you'll focus on generating interest, qualifying homeowners, and setting appointments for our solar consultants.

Compensation

& Growth:

• Top performers earn $60,000$120,000+ annually ($5,000-$10,000/month)
• $1,000 training bonus (M1) paid after first qualified packet is submitted and NTP'd
• $250 per kW installed (M2) high-earning commission structure
• Opportunity for leadership and growth.

Responsibilities

:

• Knock doors in Utah County, Tooele County, Salt Lake County, and Davis County
• Engage homeowners with professionalism and energy
• Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar (full training provided)
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales consultants
• Maintain accurate lead information in our CRM
• Collaborate with closers and the sales team to hit company targets

Qualifications

:

• Sales, customer service, or canvassing experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
