Virtual Closer We are opening an internal opportunity for a Virtual Closer to support our residential home services sales efforts across Solar, Battery, Roofing, HVAC, Lighting, and Windows. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who excels in a remote sales environment and consistently converts qualified appointments into closed deals. Role

Overview

The Virtual Closer is responsible for conducting virtual sales consultations, presenting solutions, overcoming objections, and closing deals on qualified leads generated by our SDR and marketing teams. This role works closely with SDRs, operations, and leadership to ensure a smooth customer experience from consultation to contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual sales appointments via phone and video
• Close qualified residential home service opportunities
• Follow established sales processes, scripts, and pricing guidelines
• Accurately document activity and outcomes in the CRM
• Maintain strong close rates and revenue targets
• Collaborate with SDRs and operations teams for smooth handoffs
• Maintain compliance with company policies and sales standards

Compensation

• Hourly base wage plus commission
• Commission structure based on closed revenue and performance metrics
• Additional incentives may be available based on results

Qualifications

• Proven sales performance in an SDR, setter, or closer role
• Experience with phone and/or virtual sales consultations
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills
• Comfortable selling one or more home service products
• CRM experience required
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven Preferred Experience
• Prior closing experience in solar, HVAC, roofing, or home services
• Commission-based sales environments
• Remote or virtual sales experience Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
