What You'll Do

As a Field Marketing & Lead Generation Representative, you'll be the front line of our brand and play a key role in driving new business.

• Generate leads through face-to-face interactions, phone outreach, and social media
• Perform in-field marketing in neighborhoods near current and past projects
• Identify potential storm-related damage and educate homeowners on available services
• Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants
• Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and improve results
• Represent Porter Roofing & Restoration with professionalism, integrity, and confidence
• Learn, grow, and take advantage of advancement opportunities within the company What We're Looking For
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to travel locally
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Good time management and organization
• Customer service experience (preferred, not required)
• Ability to handle objections and stay positive
• Optimistic, driven mindset with a strong work ethic What We Offer
