Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Landscape Account Manager to drive growth and foster strong relationships within our commercial landscaping division. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will ensure client satisfaction, expand our market presence, and deliver tailored landscape solutions that meet diverse needs. Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their landscape needs are met with exceptional service and innovative solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts
• Lead negotiations to secure contracts, pricing agreements, and project scopes that align with company goals while satisfying client expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams such as design, operations, and marketing to deliver comprehensive landscape solutions tailored to client specifications
• Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities for accurate forecasting and reporting
• Conduct analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify growth areas
• Present compelling proposals and technical sales presentations that clearly communicate value propositions and project benefits

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the landscaping or related industry
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical solutions clearly and build rapport with clients at all levels
• Familiarity with marketing strategies to generate leads and enhance brand visibility in target markets
• Knowledge of technology sales tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
• Demonstrated leadership ability to influence decision-makers and guide clients through complex sales processes
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, analyze customer needs, and develop strategic action plans
• Experience in technical sales involving landscaping technologies or related products is a plus
