Job Description

: We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer- focused Front Desk Associate to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to sell rooms and convert inquiries into bookings while delivering outstanding guest service. This would be a great position for someone with leasing experience.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out
• Answer phone calls and handle walk-in inquiries professionally
• Cold calling
• Sell hotel rooms and promote specials, and amenities
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records and handle payments

Requirements

: Strong friendly personality is PLUS!

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven customer service or sales experience
• Ability to confidently sell and upsell rooms
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Computer skills
