Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, delivering an excellent in-person and online experience
• Create and post engaging content across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc
• Build your own personal brand to attract leads and drive traffic to the dealership
• Respond to online inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely, professional manner
• Produce short-form videos, vehicle walkarounds, and promotional content
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist customers with completing relevant paperwork required for a successful sale
• Assist with the set up of showroom and promotional displays

Requirements

:

• Conversational Spanish Required, Bilingual is a plus
• Education: High School required
• Able to use online advertisement channels (social media platforms)
• Proven experience in auto industry in sales, credit, or in finance (required 5 Years+)
• Strong customer service and negotiation expertise
• Working hours Monday-Saturday 9-7 Offer:
