Responsibilities

:

• Presenting, demonstrating and selling a new and pre-owned vehicles in a goal-oriented environment that supports overall sales objectives
• Explaining product attributes, performance, and innovations as they apply to the interests of prospects and owners
• Maintain a buyer & prospecting follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
• Attend product and sales training courses
• Keeping abreast of the competitive environment, such as new products, features and accessories available; translating their benefits to customers
• Following up on all post-delivery items such as title/paper work, feature & benefit usage and any special requests to ensure that customer expectations are not just met but exceeded

Qualifications

:

• Sales experience is required
• Computer aptitude; use of email and Internet usage
