Requirements

Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. Five or more years of experience in insurance sales or agency leadership. Demonstrated ability to mentor sales teams and guide them toward consistent results. Deep knowledge of the New Jersey insurance market and regulatory landscape. Advanced proficiency in agency management software and sales performance analytics. Strong public speaking and presentation abilities for community engagement.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day sales operations to ensure we are meeting our growth goals while keeping our clients well-protected. Mentor and coach individual agents, helping them hone their skills and reach their personal career milestones. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our long-term vision for the Edison community. Foster a supportive and collaborative office culture where people feel excited to come to work every day. Analyze sales data and client feedback to identify new ways we can improve our service offerings. Build lasting partnerships with local businesses and community leaders to expand our reach.
