Kamora Marketing is a outsourced sales and marketing company that partners with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations. We specialize in face-to- face fundraising, engaging the public in retail locations and community venues to secure monthly charitable donations. This is a full-time, in-person role where representatives speak directly with the public to educate them about nonprofit missions and enroll donors in ongoing support programs. This position is well-suited for individuals looking to gain professional experience, including students on break or recent graduates. What You'll Gain

Compensation

• Guaranteed base pay: $690 per week (W-2 employee)
• Additional pay: Uncapped commission for each new donor enrolled
• Typical total earnings: $800 $1,000 per week based on performance Schedule & Location
• Full-time, in-person position
• Work takes place at retail stores, community locations, and events
• Location: Richland, WA
• Must be able to commute and work on-site Day-to-Day

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face conversations with members of the public
• Represent nonprofit organizations professionally and accurately
• Explain nonprofit missions and the impact of recurring donations
• Enroll donors in long-term giving programs
• Work as part of a team in a goal-oriented environment
