Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.

• Utilize Salesforce and other customer relationship management tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze market trends.

• Oversee project management efforts related to business development initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning efforts.
• Foster strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Experience
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficient in software tools such as Salesforce for customer relationship management and sales tracking.
• Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
