Job Title: Travel Sales Manager Multi-State Employment Type: Full-Time | 1099 Contractor Location: Multiple U.S. Spa Locations (Travel Required) Schedule: 6 days per week

Compensation

As a Travel Sales Manager, you will engage directly with clients, recommend services and packages, and meet daily performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person consultations and upsell services
• Achieve sales targets consistently at each location
• Adapt to different spa teams and locations quickly
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales
• Follow company sales procedures and participate in training

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or client-facing roles
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable traveling extensively across the U.S.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven
