AUTOMOTIVE SALES POSITION We have multiple positions available at Wood Motor Company that offer a sales career that is unlike one you will find at other car dealerships. Now offering a $3,000 hiring bonus for individuals who maintain their employment with us past 90 days of hire date. If you are self motivated If you have good communication and customer service skills If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to succeed If you have a growth vs. fixed mindset - We will provide you the tools and environment to take your career to the next level. We are currently seeking 4-5 salesmen or saleswomen to join our team where you are mentored into learning the entire car buying experience, from start to finish and get paid while you are training. YOU NEED:

• Experienced in Automotive Sales
• Good phone skills
• Good rapport building skills
• You will be trained to assist customers in selecting the right car based on their needs. You will be able to present figures and provide information for the purchase of vehicles. You will be able to handle the delivery process of cars sold.
• Experience strongly preferred in sales, but willing to train in the automotive sales capacity!
