• Make genuine connections with customers through personalized guidance on AT&T; Fiber services, boosting both satisfaction and revenue generation.
• Boost AT&T; Fiber sales results by engaging prospects confidently, resolving objections, and finalizing deals that grow the fiber customer base.
• Promote AT&T; Fiber packages and deals actively to spark meaningful conversations that accelerate new sign-ups and account value.
• Advance as an AT&T; Customer Sales Representative by pursuing training and sharpening sales skills to excel in fiber internet growth.

Qualifications

of the Customer Sales Representative

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus.
