Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Primary point of contact on inbound internet and phone leads
• Responsible for setting appointments and engaging customer sales inquires via phone, email and text message
• Continuous and timely follow up with internet and phone leads
• Prospect for potential customers
• Keep up to date with product knowledge
• Meet/Exceed monthly sales objectives Sales BDC

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 1-Year of car dealership experience is a must.
• Basic computer skills required
• Excellent communication skills electronically and verbally
• Ability to work independently and is self-motivated
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Organized
• Strong customer service skills Schedule

Requirements

:

• Full time schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
