Our Timeless Marketing team specializes in face-to-face customer interaction- creating real connections and conversations that educate, guide, and build lasting confidence in the brand we represent, AT&T.; We are currently hiring a full-time AT&T; Sales Representative to join our sales outreach team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, thrives in a goal-oriented environment, and takes pride in helping customers make informed decisions about their connectivity needs. As an AT&T; Sales Representative, you'll represent AT&T;'s wireless services, working directly with customers to explain options, answer questions, recommend solutions, and assist with new customer enrollments and account upgrades.

What You'll Do

as the AT &T; Sales Representative:

• Interact directly with customers in a face-to-face sales environment to deliver high-quality service experiences
• Explain AT&T; wireless products, plans, and promotional offerings in a clear and engaging way
• Identify customer needs through conversation and recommend appropriate internet and wireless solutions
• Support customers with upgrades, new services, and account-related inquiries
• Consistently work toward individual sales goals while contributing to overall team performance
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and completed sales
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a professional, welcoming atmosphere What We're Looking For in an AT &T; Sales Representative:
