Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to understand their needs and recommend suitable wireless plans and devices
• Demonstrate product features through engaging demos, highlighting benefits to encourage upgrades and additional purchases
• Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including operating the cash register, handling cash, credit card payments, and balancing the cash drawer accurately
• Maintain well-stocked shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store is visually appealing and compliant with merchandising standards
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely, ensuring clear communication at all times
• Upsell additional products such as accessories or service plans to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Support daily store operations by performing stocking duties, managing inventory levels, and ensuring product knowledge is up-to-date for effective customer assistance Experience
• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or electronics retail environments
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings or training new staff
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash register operations, retail math, and cash handling procedures
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively serve a diverse clientele
• Knowledge of retail store product merchandising, stock management, and customer service best practices
• Experience with grocery store operations or similar environments that require attention to detail in stock management and cashiering tasks
