Inside Sale Representative A growing home remodeling and repair company is looking to fill the position of Customer Service Representative Job

include: Phone and Online customer service / scheduling Estimating

Requirements

: Strong office and communication skills are required; must be proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook). Experience in Service Titan is a plus. Experience in scheduling others is helpful. Attention to details and a willingness to help build strong relationships with customers and coworkers. You must be comfortable working on your own and be self-motivated. What we offer: Hours are Thursday Monday daytime, approximately 35-40 hours per week.

Compensation

is based on experience and is paid on an hourly basis. Starting pay will be $18 to $23 per hour. This is a casual environment based in the business owner's home. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager. 2 weeks paid Vacation in the first year Health, dental, and vision insurance offered after 90 days. Semi-annual & annual reviews.
