We are TideWater Window Cleaning, a fast-growing window cleaning company based in Charlottesville, and we're looking for ambitious Sales Representatives to join our commission-based door-to-door sales team. What you'll do: Go door-to-door in Charlottesville and surrounding upper class neighborhoods to offer our premium window cleaning service Explain our service, answer questions, and close the sale Pay & Hours:

• 20%-25% commission
• Starting 20% commission per sale: on average $60 $250
• Maximum time to make one sale: 1-2 hours
• Weekly bonuses and increased commission available for hitting sales goals.
• Flexible hours work when you want
• Best times for highest conversions: Weekdays 2 PM 7 PM, weekends any time (often multiple sales per hour during peak periods)

• A lot of growth opportunities Recommendations:
• Car is highly recommended (long-range e-bike works too). You'll need to reach and move between different neighborhoods to maximize sales.
• Be prepared to travel around neighborhoods from, and bring energy to every interaction (An electric scooter will be provided once you hit 5k sold)
• Door to Door Sales experience is a plus
