• Recent graduate or early-career professional
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with people
• Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
• Customer service, retail, athletics, internships, leadership experience, or other people-focused backgrounds are a plus
