Licensed P &C; Insurance Agent Full-Time Onsite Naples, FL Financial Services / Insurance Actively Hiring Build a Career and a Book of Business That's Yours Sell personal and commercial Property & Casualty insurance for an independent agency that's protected families and businesses in the community since 1982. You'll have access to multiple carriers, real training and licensing support, and a clear path to advancement. Most agents earn between $55,000 and $80,000 in their first year , with top performers earning well over six figures. What You'll Do

As a Licensed P&C; Agent, you'll help individuals, families, and businesses find the right coverage and stick with them for the long haul. A typical week includes:

• Meeting with clients to understand their needs and recommending tailored coverage across homeowners, auto, flood, and commercial lines
• Quoting across multiple carriers to find the best fit, not just the first option
• Growing your client base through referrals, networking, and follow-up
• Processing applications, renewals, endorsements, and account updates accurately
• Guiding clients through the sales and renewal process so they understand exactly what they're buying
• Staying current on carrier products, market shifts, and industry trends
• Keeping every file compliant with insurance regulations and agency standards What We're Looking For
• An active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
• Prior insurance sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills you genuinely like people
• Self-motivation and the discipline to manage your own pipeline
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with CRM systems and digital communication tools
