Entry Level Management Outside Sales (In-Person | Full-Time) Work Location: Kansas City, MO (Local Travel Required) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $60,594 $72,123/year + uncapped bonuses Hours: Daytime hours, MondayFriday | No nights, no weekends Experience Required: None , we train you from day one Who We're Looking For We're growing and looking for energetic, people-first individuals to join our team as a Entry Level Manager. In this role, you'll meet business owners and decision-makers face-to-face to deliver tailored financial protection solutions. Zero experience? No problem. If you have the drive, we'll teach you everything else, full hands-on training and mentorship provided from day one.

What You'll Do

• Conduct daily in-person outreach to local businesses to build relationships and generate opportunities
• Meet directly with business owners and decision-makers in face-to-face settings
• Schedule and lead needs-based consultations
• Present customized financial protection solutions
• Manage your own pipeline with consistent follow-up
• Maintain accurate records of activity and interactions

• Must be able to obtain required state licensing (we guide and support you through this)
• Reliable transportation for local travel
