What You'll Do

:

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
• Stay informed on current inventory, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement
• Collaborate with management and finance teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities
• Execute additional duties to support dealership and organizational goals What We're Looking For:
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed goals
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
