Are you tired of slow-paced jobs with capped income and no growth? We Whiten is hiring a full-time Junior Studio Partner to join our high- performance team in San Antonio. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys closing in-person sales, thrives in a modern studio environment, and wants to move up fast. You'll be hands-on with clients, perform cosmetic whitening treatments (no experience needed), and drive studio performance alongside your Studio Partner.

What You'll Do

: Sales & Membership Growth

• Guide clients through service options and close retail and membership sales
• Achieve and exceed weekly sales goals with no cap on commissions or tips
• Promote aftercare kits and ongoing whitening plans Client Experience & Whitening Services
• Perform whitening treatments (we train you no esthetics or dental license required)
• Lead clients through pre- and post-care education
• Deliver a high-end, polished studio experience for every guest Studio Support
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and client-ready
• Assist with appointment flow, rebooking, and communication
• Collaborate with your Studio Partner to help drive daily success Who We're Looking For:
• 2+ year of experience in closing sales, Door to Door, Medical Sales, Fitness, etc.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and confidently closing in person
• Coachable, organized, and motivated by clear goals Pay & Perks:
