Powersports Sales Associate Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, personal watercraft, automotive, or outdoor adventure? We're looking for a Powersports Sales Associate who knows how to build relationships, close deals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the entire buying experience from initial greeting to final delivery.
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across our powersports lineup and accessories.
• Present financing, protection plans, and accessory upgrades to maximize customer value.
• Follow up with leads, phone inquiries, and online prospects promptly.
• Maintain a professional showroom appearance and stay current on new products and promotions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. What We're Looking For
• Previous powersports, motorcycle, automotive, RV, or high-ticket retail sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
