We're looking for a driven, competitive, relationship-focused Outside Parts Sales Representative who thrives on building new business, winning accounts, and owning a territory. Responsibilities

: Develop and aggressively grow a defined territory Prospect daily cold calls, drop-ins, fleet visits, referrals Win new accounts and expand existing ones Sell heavy truck parts to fleets, owner-operators, municipalities, and repair facilities Build long-term relationships that drive recurring revenue Collaborate with inside sales, warehouse, and service teams to deliver best- in-class customer experience Track activity and opportunities in CRM Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications

:

• 2+ years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Valid driver's license and ability to manage a territory Ideal Candidate Traits:

• Strong follow-up and closing skills
• Comfortable walking into new accounts

• Industry experience in heavy truck, automotive, or equipment parts is strongly preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• He/ She must be able to drive long distances.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs from floor to waist high, and 25 lbs to shoulder high.
