Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through outbound calling and face-to-face interactions in residential neighborhoods to introduce our technology products and services.
• Conduct consultative selling by understanding customer needs and demonstrating how our solutions can meet their requirements effectively.
• Utilize CRM software and sales automation technologies to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up on sales opportunities efficiently.
• Negotiate terms with customers, address questions, and overcome objections to close deals confidently.
• Maintain a professional presence while representing the company's brand during door-to-door outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, refine sales strategies, and achieve collective targets.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within Salesforce Cloud or other CRM systems to ensure seamless follow-up and reporting. Experience
• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills in English with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated success in deal closing within a B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales environment.
• Familiarity with sales technology adoption, including CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Experience with technical or technology sales, especially involving complex solutions requiring consultative selling techniques.
• Background in customer service or call center roles that emphasize client communication and relationship building.
• Business development experience that highlights proactive outreach, warm calling strategies, and effective negotiation skills.
