MINI Automotive Sales Advisors Needed! Experience Preferred but willing to Train - BMW/MINI of Freeport - Long Island, NY BMW/MINI of Freeport - is currently seeking for an experienced Automotive Sales Advisor to join our MINI team! We are looking for a high energy, outgoing individual who have previously worked at other car dealerships and have experience selling cars. The BMW/MINI of Freeport Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information and delightful customer service throughout the sales process.

Job Description

To provide a consistently outstanding brand and customer experience through consistently outstanding preparation, attitude, and teamwork. Respond to customer inquiries regarding the lease/purchase of new/pre-owned BMW/MINI vehicles. Sell/lease as many vehicles as required by our annual minimum standards. Maintain customer satisfaction. Keep customers informed by confirming orders. Prepare and send written communication/documentation for timely transactions. Assist customers with all aspects of vehicle ownership, including but not limited to: scheduling service appointments, assisting with lease maturities, acting as a liaison for Collision Center inquiries, follow-up on DMV issues, procuring any and all missing documentation for financing, and supplying Sales Managers with accurate order status. Accomplish department results by maintaining CSO. Calculate lease and purchase options for customers and quote accurate payments. Collect required customer information such as email address and mailing address. Follow-up with customers to obtain referrals and repeat business. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Required education:

• High school or equivalent Required experience:
• Luxury Sales: 2 years Required license or certification:
