Overview

: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Waynesboro team. In this role, you'll assist customers, drive sales across a diverse range of productsincluding firearms, jewelry, electronics, tools, and moreand help maintain an organized and welcoming sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
• Sell and upsell a wide range of merchandise
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and pricing
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales goals What We Offer:

Qualifications

:

• Sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-driven
• Must be 18 or older
• Must pass a background check (required for handling firearms) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
