Join our dynamic team as a Jewelry Sales Associate , where your enthusiasm, professionalism, and passion for fine jewelry will shine. In this role, you'll engage with clients, showcase exquisite bridal, custom, and fashion jewelry, and create memorable shopping experiences. This is a paid, long-term opportunity in a stable, low-drama, high-quality environment where strong sales skills and exceptional customer service are truly valued.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance
• Sell bridal, custom, fashion jewelry, and diamonds
• Demonstrate product features, craftsmanship, and unique qualities
• Upsell by recommending complementary pieces and accessories
• Take in and process jewelry repairs and support custom orders
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service
• Accurately process POS transactions, including cash handling
• Maintain organized, visually appealing merchandise displays
• Assist with inventory, stock checks, and basic retail math
• Answer customer inquiries professionally in person and by phone
• Educate customers on jewelry care, trends, and product knowledge
• Assist or support team members as needed to maintain a collaborative environment What We're Looking For
• Previous retail sales experience (jewelry or luxury retail preferred)
• Confident communicator with strong customer engagement skills
• Comfortable selling fine jewelry and diamonds
• Detail-oriented, polished, and dependable
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Bilingual skills are a plus Pay &
