What You'll Do

• Help clients find and secure the right home
• Show properties (in-person + virtual tours)
• Negotiate offers and guide deals to closing
• Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and strategy
• Manage client relationships and transaction details
• Work with lenders, inspectors, and other pros to close smoothly

Who You Are

• Motivated, goal-driven, and ready to earn big
• Strong people skills and love working with clients
• Licensed Oregon real estate agent (or in progress)
• Sales experience is a bonusbut we train the right person
