Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations with pre-set, qualified appointments
• Present product options and pricing tailored to each customer's needs
• Sell value and manage the customer relationship through project completion
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred (in-home, outside, or door-to-door sales a plus)
• Strong communication and selling skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Coachable and open to ongoing training
