Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing and Business Development to lead our growth initiatives and elevate our brand presence across diverse markets within the Substance Use and Mental Health Outpatient facilities . Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Lead business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, prospecting potential clients, and managing the end-to-end sales process.
• Oversee client relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions effectively.
• Manage enterprise sales negotiations, deal closing processes, and strategic planning to secure high-value contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design targeted marketing campaigns utilizing Salesforce Cloud and other CRM software tools.
• Drive client base expansion through strategic prospecting, networking, and industry engagement activities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine marketing tactics and business development strategies.
• Lead project management efforts for key initiatives ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development management with a strong track record of expanding client bases and closing deals within enterprise markets.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Cloud solutions, CRM software, and customer relationship management best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic management, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Exceptional skills in sales negotiation, prospecting, and deal closing with a focus on enterprise selling techniques.
