Duties

&

Responsibilities

:

• Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries regarding commercial door hardware products.
• Generate accurate product quotations and pricing.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely follow-up.
• Conduct occasional outbound calls to existing customers to provide product updates, follow up on quotations, and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and order accuracy.
• Stay current on new products, manufacturer updates, and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.

Requirements

:

• Previous experience in the commercial door hardware, locksmith, security hardware, or architectural hardware industry is required.
